LACEY BRUMMER
a nebraska writer
About
Lacey is a writer hailing from Lincoln, Nebraska. She committed to the title in 2018 after relocating from the Sunflower State. Instead of jumping back into the world of reliable paychecks, she went all in on a dream she’s harbored since perhaps forever—she wrote a novel.
One year later, she finished her debut, Poor, Banished Children of Eve, and has since been editing, querying literary agents, and working on Novel #2.
Though she’s a ‘city’ girl now, she grew up on a farm, and rural Nebraska, with all its beautiful grit and open skies, will always be her happy place, her home, and her muse.
Lacey loves dark chocolate and puppies of all ages; coffee shops and craft breweries; traveling; God; the Huskers; and her husband Josh, despite his persistence in making her do her own math when he is the one with a PhD in the subject.
